Philippians 3:3-14 “I press on…”
If your goal is heaven, you’re being short-sighted… let your goal also be “Thy Kingdom come”, in me and through me.
What does that look like?.... a TOTAL transformation (Christlikeness, wisdom, maturity, faith, holiness, fruit, authority, demonstration of power (ALL OF IT NOT OF THIS WORLD))
1 Corinthians 2:4; 4:20
*Our goal- embrace the King! (John 17:21-23)
Question- How much do you value His presence? (Exodus 33:15-18)
Not just with us, but in us, and to overflowing
Christ- the “Anointed One” lit.- “to smear” (Exodus 29:7; Psalm 133:2,3)
Luke 24:49- “endued” with power
*Goal of Anti Christ…. Jesus without the Christ (2 Timothy 3:5)
*Our goal- the Holy of Holies
Past the altar of sacrifice
Past the laver of sanctification
Past the lamp of the indwelling Holy Spirit
Past the table of the fellowship of His Word
Past the altar of intercession
Into the fullness of His presence
